I think it is important to acknowledge the patience and understanding that you demonstrated during the recent sale of my parent's home. As an elderly couple making a difficult transition from home owner to new accommodations they were happy with the time you took to explain the process as well as answer their questions throughout the selling process. Your expert advice and professional manner was much appreciated. This is not the first property sale I have been involved with, however it by far has to been the smootest and most straight forward. It was very nice to see that your suggestions for sale preparation and the timing of both the sale days and open house were perfect.

After a month of painting and minor renovations, our daughter has moved into her "doll house". This is the perfect option for all of us. If you are considering selling or buying a home, I would highly recommend Roger Schmid. My husband died two years ago and I found looking after our home and garden was getting too much for me to manage. I didn't know if I was ready to sell my home, after living there for 34 years, but my family offered to take me to some "Condo Open Houses". This is where I met Roger. I mentioned that I was looking for a place to accomodate furniture, especially my dining room suite, which I didn't want to part with. Also it had to be on a good bus route, because I don't drive. Roger offered to take me to see Condos on the market. At that time I didn't know what I would get for my home and found it difficult to make a decision. He was very patient with me. One day he phoned to say he had a condo he would like me to see. It was perfect! The next step was to put my home on the market. I knew very little what was involved in selling my home.
